The master class
Considering our rapidly changing visual culture, film director Daan Groot will discuss modern ways of cinematic storytelling, based on examples both of his own work and work that inspires him. There will be a lot of room for questions and interaction.

About Daan Groot
Daan Groot is a young director, currently based in Amsterdam. He graduated from the Netherlands Film Academy with his short film Aimée, which won the award for the best graduation film. Together with production company Topkapi Films, he is in post-production of his new short film. He also works as a commercial director and as a teacher.
